Masker Architects worked alongside Alfred Homes to provide architecture design services for 20 new homes, including 50 per cent social housing.

Cllr Martin Tod, Leader of Winchester City Council, commented: “This is such a carefully thought through and planned development: it won’t just be providing attractive and much-needed new homes — both market and council — but it’s also part of improving facilities and flood protection in the village.”
