About

Masker Architects was founded by Scot Masker to serve clients looking for the best that imaginative and carefully considered design can offer.

The studio has extensive experience of new designs, refurbishments, work to listed buildings and projects in conservation areas.

Passion for good design drives our Winchester-based practice. We work closely with our clients, offering a bespoke and highly professional service. Our goal is to create beautiful buildings that enhance lives and the property asset.

Masker Architects is a RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) Chartered Practice – a mark of quality and assurance.

The studio’s projects range from private homes, rural estates and agricultural diversification to urban regeneration, commercial and community-led schemes.

We work on conversions, remodelling, refurbishments and extensions to listed buildings and properties in conservation areas as well as on new-build projects.

Scot has a wealth of experience and expertise in traditional architecture and design. It is an important principle for the studio that architecture of the past can inspire architecture of today.

Inspire, create, design, make…

Enthusiasm and passion for good architecture drives our artisan and eclectic practice.

Each client receives the individual, focused attention necessary for a highly personal service. Drawing on our creative skills and professional expertise as a RIBA Chartered Practice, we produce unique designs to realise our clients’ aims and aspirations.

We have established a reputation for delivering high quality design that works well for the client and context. The principles of care and attention to detail are applied right through the process from concept to completed project.

Our approach is collaborative - working alongside clients, council planning officers and other consultants. Successes are achieved through consultation and discussion, led by creative and lateral thinking.

Masker Architects offers a complete architectural service from feasibility and concept to completion on site. Services are provided in a flexible, staged way which enables clients to choose the help they require.
